Pricing and Fees

It is impossible to quote an exact FLAT price for any given event as many factors must be considered as to How many performers, traveling distance and how many days, IE, a 2 hour event, a 4 hour event or a 3 day weekend. Many of our performances require mass amounts of wardrobe and props and therefore require full sized vehicles to transport it all and fuel costs are always on the rise.

However this is usually the first question posed to us, so we offer a small "rule of thumb" hopefully to assist anyone in estimating fees. However we strongly urge everyone to contact us for any sort of events and explain the situation, we are realists after all and in this economy we also strongly feel we all need to work together and will do all that we can to accommodate and/or work with the pricing if possible. Just do not ask us to work for free however, our materials,equipment,costumes, manpower, hundreds of hours in rehearsals and traveling time all cost money and we have to eat too. :)

 

Greater Miami Area: 

Two hour childrens party/short event:

One performer $100.00

Professional Photography of the event (Photo CD provided ) $100.00

Four Hour Party/Short Event: 

One performer: $175.00

Out of Town: 

Fees subject to vary widely due to travel times, costs of fuel and accommodations available. Again, these quotes are just a rule of thumb. Standard performance assumes an 8 hour day or longer, with 15 minute breaks every two hours. Certain costumes (such as mascots or our Dragon ) will require a 15 minute break every hour due to heat buildup.

(We DO try to negotiate a little with this, such as if you can provide lodging and meals we will certainly discount for that for one example as that is less work for us setting it all up. Absolute minimum would be $100 per day per performer, however.All engagements out of the greater Miami area will have a fuel surcharge calculated upon the fuel prices at that time and that will be added)

One Day Event: 

Performers: $225.00 each per day up to 4. After that, $200 per additional

2-3 Day Event: 

Performers: $200 each per day up to 4. After that, $180 per additional.

All other types of Film, Radio and other presentations are on a case by case basis. 

 ( ALL negotiations will be written up into contract form and include all fees charged and signed by both parties beforehand. A deposit may be required in advance dependent on services contracted and all balances will be paid in full before the event begins unless negotiated beforehand. We reserve the right to cancel or otherwise cut short ANY performances due to excessive heat or inclement weather which we deem unsafe for the actors or damaging to expensive props/costumes. )
